The policy section focuses around national government, EU or other international legislation that pertains to the environment and the property sector. Articles examine, challenge, debate and de-mystify new and upcoming policy, its meaning and implications.

Our finance section looks at all aspects of financing as it pertains to sustainability, profiling and discussing subjects such as investors and the areas of property-related sustainability in which they are investing, initiatives and investment platforms designed to assist and enable green companies to find investment, green financing for buildings or homes, financial implications of policy and/or environmental issues such as flooding and global warming.

NEW TECHNOLOGIES
The technology section profiles and showcases newly launched or soon-to-be-launched technology on the cutting edge of sustainability. For example, carbon emission calculations software, new building materials, new construction methods, new waste management systems and methods of reclaiming materials.

The interview is a face-to-face discussion with someone heavily involved in any area of sustainability that pertains to our remit, from think-tank gurus to professional organisations to developers, about their work, their position on an aspect of sustainability and their projects

The case study profiles a development, design, refurbishment, initiative or similar project – a new building, community, design for living that is particularly notable, successful or high profile in how it has approached and achieved its goals of advancing sustainability in the property sector.
